Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced transaction modeler to join our team. This role requires expertise in building sophisticated cash flow models for asset-backed securitization and project finance transactions, with strong technical skills and experience working directly with credit rating agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Development & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex Excel-based cash flow models for asset-backed securitization transactions across multiple asset classes.
  • Transaction Analysis: Analyze securitization documents, deal criteria, and structural features to accurately model transaction mechanics.
  • Scenario Analysis: Perform scenario analysis, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis on transaction structures.
  • Model Validation: Validate model outputs against transaction documents and regulatory requirements.
Technical Skills:
  • VBA Macro Development: Develop and maintain VBA macros and automated processes to enhance model efficiency and accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Python for data analysis, model validation, and process automation.
  • Reporting Tools: Create dynamic reporting tools and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Best Practices: Implement best practices for model governance and version control.
Collaboration:
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with origination, structuring, and capital markets teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Due Diligence: Support due diligence processes and provide analytical insights on portfolio performance.
  • Pricing Analysis: Assist in pricing analysis and optimization of transaction structures.
