Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pulp Mill Production Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Responsible for operating and maintaining complex pulp mill machinery, ensuring high-quality production and optimal efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of production levels, machine performance, and quality control data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Analyze data to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall plant efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of pulp mill operations, including chemical processing, pulping, and bleaching.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in pulp mill operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and chemical engineering principles, as well as process control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.
