Event Coordinator

Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic events team as an Event Coordinator. The role involves supporting the Category Manager in handling venue-related event inquiries.

You will work closely with event planners, shortlisting suitable venues and coordinating with suppliers remotely. Your key responsibilities will include managing CRM updates, ensuring accurate data flow and driving smooth venue sourcing for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and recommend event venues based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors to collect availability, pricing, and package details.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of event venues, including capacity, layouts, and amenities.
  • Assist planners in preparing event proposals and tracking inquiries and responses.
  • Manage event bookings and ensure timely delivery of services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (1–4 years of experience).
  • Excellent research and coordination skills; fluency in English & Hindi (Arabic a plus).
  • Good understanding of the events industry and prior experience in hospitality or events is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets for data management.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
