Senior Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern software/UI development, with expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Storybook.

The successful candidate will design, prototype, and develop user-centric interfaces for web applications, ensuring exceptional user experiences. They will also lead the implementation and maintenance of Storybook for design-to-dev collaboration.

Responsibilities include actively utilizing artificial intelligence to expedite code development and quality, collaborating with product owners to translate business requirements into functional, visually appealing user interfaces, and participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning to deliver high-quality features on time.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and at least 8+ years of experience in modern software/UI development. They will also have hands-on experience with MUI (Material UI), responsive grid systems, and design tokens, as well as experience working in regulated environments or high-stakes domains.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to white-label apps, CMS-integrated front ends, or design-to-dev handoff workflows. The selected candidate will be expected to work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services efficiently, optimize application performance, and engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support test execution with analysts and stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities may include leading agile development teams, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing best practices within the team.
