About the Role

We are seeking an Audit Manager who can leverage their analytical skills, sound business judgment, and stakeholder engagement expertise to enhance our governance framework.

In this role, you will lead audits independently across various areas, focusing on business processes, operations, IT systems, and governance. Your primary objective will be to drive meaningful insights and create impact through data-driven recommendations.

Job Responsibilities:

Audit Planning & Execution

  • Design and execute risk-based audit plans to ensure depth, relevance, and actionable outcomes.
  • Leverage data analytics and business insights to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks.
  • Lead end-to-end audits independently, engaging with stakeholders and vendors as required.

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Provide assurance on management's compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Review adequacy of controls across the customer lifecycle, operations, technology, and vendor/outsourced processes.
  • Share proactive insights with business teams on compliance requirements and regulatory changes.

Risk Management & Controls

  • Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls across core and support functions.
  • Apply analytical thinking to identify root causes and systemic risks.
  • Recommend practical, sustainable solutions that address identified issues.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with business, product, technology, credit, and operations teams to understand processes and risks.
  • Influence stakeholders to adopt audit recommendations using data-driven insights and strong reasoning.
  • Maintain independence and objectivity while serving as a trusted advisor.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver clear, concise, and impactful audit reports highlighting risks, impact, and solutions.
  • Provide forward-looking recommendations that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Track closure of audit findings and evaluate effectiveness of remediation.
