Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to design and deliver comprehensive training programs on industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance for professionals across various industries. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry expertise, with 10+ years of hands-on experience in automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored training modules on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems, focusing on Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other leading automation platforms.
  • Provide in-depth instruction on pharma validation processes, including equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory standards.
  • Conduct workshops on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements, emphasizing the importance of robust quality management systems.
  • Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems, utilizing real-world case studies and hands-on exercises.
  • Mentor participants on industry best practices, preparing them for complex challenges and providing ongoing support throughout their careers.
  • Stay abreast of the latest automation technologies, validation trends, and regulatory updates, incorporating new knowledge into training modules to ensure our clients remain competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expertise in Industrial Automation Tools: PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS (Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and others).
  • Validation Expertise: Pharma validation, equipment qualification, process validation, computerized system validation (CSV).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity.
  • Technical Skills: Automation integration, troubleshooting, instrumentation, optimization.
  • Industries Exposure: Pharma, biotech, medical devices, automotive, FMCG, and other multi-industries.
  • Training Skills: Strong communication, curriculum development, and hands-on training delivery.
