We are looking for a Marketing Professional to assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns that help promote our company’s products, services, or brand. This role is key in ensuring smooth operations of marketing activities and contributing to the overall growth and visibility of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Assistance: Support in the execution of marketing campaigns, including preparing promotional content and handling communication materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to gather information on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Content Creation: Help create marketing content, such as blog posts, brochures, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of strategies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, such as advertising agencies or print suppliers, to ensure marketing materials are produced and distributed effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in customer outreach and engagement through email campaigns, phone calls, and social media interaction.
  • Ideal Profile: The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, and a solid prior experience within Marketing. They should possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, be organized and able to multi-task effectively, and have a strong networker & relationship builder profile. They should also be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders, and have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and a basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms. They should also have technology proficiency, creativity, communication skills, organizational skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
