Job Title: Design Engineer for Refrigeration Systems

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team in designing and developing commercial refrigeration products, including 3D CAD models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and piping isometrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop 3D CAD models using SolidWorks or equivalent software for commercial refrigeration units.
  • Produce 2D manufacturing drawings, DXF flat patterns, BOMs, and exploded views.
  • Create piping isometrics, electrical schematics, and fabrication guides.
  • Integrate branded components into designs, such as Danfoss compressors and Carel controllers.
  • Ensure designs meet IEC 60335-2-89:2019/A2 standards for R290 refrigerants.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sheet metal design engineering for refrigeration and cabinet manufacturing.
  • Strong skills in SolidWorks (or equivalent 3D CAD), drafting, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Understanding of fabrication processes, stainless steel welding, and PU foaming.
  • Familiarity with refrigeration system design and component integration.
