We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architectural Interior Designer to join our team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that meet the exacting project requirements of aesthetics and practicality.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop designs by analyzing user requirements and participating in research, conceptualization, and development.
  • Present and express architectural interior design ideas and planning through free-hand sketches.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines and work in a team environment.
  • Prepare complete sets of construction drawings, documents, and specifications for architecture interior design while maintaining graphical standards for deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture / Architectural Interior Design or relevant field.
  • 4 to 10 years of experience with good technical competency.
  • Proficiency in primary software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Additional software knowledge such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is beneficial. Good understanding of all aspects of architectural interior design.

Qualifications:

  • Texture and material product selection.
  • Furniture, decorative lighting, equipment & window treatment product selection and specification.
  • Ergonomics.
  • Architectural interior lighting.
  • Sanitary fixtures, fitting & accessory products.
  • Disability codes and applicability to layouts.
  • Material sample boards.

Soft Skills:

  • Positive attitude, inventive and imaginative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit for architectural interior design concepts.
