Senior Network Software Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Software Architect to join our team. As a key member of the NG-SWG team, you will play a critical role in supporting our in-line Secure Web Gateway (SWG) products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building high-performance networking software and cloud services, with expertise in dealing with complex architectural problems across multiple products. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality features that ensure reliability, sustainability, scalability, and observability for data plane.

You will work closely with Product Management to understand customer requirements and provide architectural guidance. Your technical leadership skills will enable you to share and adapt industry-leading practices for the benefit of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing high-quality features for data plane
  • Collaborating with Product Management to understand customer requirements
  • Providing technical leadership and sharing industry-leading practices
  • Building scalable and performant services that inspect various network protocols

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years of experience building high-performance networking software and cloud services
  • Expertise in building high-throughput and low-latency data systems
  • Programming mastery in C/C++ or Python
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture and multi-threading
