Responsibilities
  • SUPPORTING CLIENT PROJECTS: Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional support services for SAP MM module projects in the manufacturing industry.
  • PROBLEM-SOLVING AND ANALYSIS: Apply your problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues related to SAP MM specialist projects.
  • CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • SERVICE DELIVERY: Plan, run, and manage operations support service delivery according to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4 years of experience in support projects for SAP MM module in the manufacturing industry.
  • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Proven expertise in L2-level support projects for SAP MM specialists, strong understanding of integration with other modules and controlling, problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent client-facing skills, and ability to plan and manage service delivery.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
