Compliance Review Professional

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Review Professional to assist in the preparation of Compliance Review plans for presentation to the Board.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating Compliance review checklists in line with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • This role involves undertaking field work and ensuring that reviews are completed within prescribed timelines.
  • Responsibilities also include preparing Draft Compliance Review reports, discussing them with relevant stakeholders, obtaining responses from stakeholders, and finalizing Compliance Review Reports.
  • The successful candidate will maintain proper documentation and working papers for all conducted compliance reviews and prepare Open Issue trackers for Compliance Review Reports issued.
  • They will also follow up with management towards closure of compliance review open issues.

Essential Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of regulatory environments for banks in India, particularly RBI regulations.
  • Strong research capabilities and intelligent interpretation of regulatory guidelines.
  • Good understanding of banking areas like Trade, Remittances, Treasury, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
