Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Façade Access Consultant/Engineer to join our expanding team of dedicated specialists.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience providing Façade Access advice and design expertise on challenging single or multi-disciplinary projects, tapping into the wide resources pool across the company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

The Façade Access Consultant/Engineer will be responsible for advising on the integration of façade access systems into projects, leading the design to achieve optimal cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality, while following best health and safety practices.

The consultant/engineer will also be responsible for preparing façade access strategy reports at key stages of the project's design, reviewing contractor drawings, and inspecting site throughout the construction process to ensure compliance with the spec, design intent, and relevant legislation.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously and work directly with clients. Additionally, conducting research on industry trends and currently available technologies used in façade access is an essential part of this position.
