The Role

\

As an Identity Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial part in our mission. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless integration of applications using SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors. This involves:

  • \
  • Collaborating with application owners to identify integration needs and determine integration pathways for complex or critical applications.\
  • Defining and documenting detailed integration specifications in Design Documents for each application.\
  • Troubleshooting and addressing roadblocks during the integration process, guiding both junior engineers and application owners in resolving challenges.\
  • Configuring SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors for application integration in DEV and QA environments, and performing detailed validation of configurations.\
  • Leading code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards in collaboration with internal and client-side teams.\
  • Overseeing demos to application owners and managing the sign-off process for integrations.\
  • Maintaining thorough documentation for audit requirements and managing the handover of applications to the client's internal team for production deployment.\
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the IAM team.\
  • Ensuring timely completion of GXCapture records and Azure DevOps tickets for assigned applications.\
  • Enhancing the overall integration process through constructive feedback and suggestions.\
  • Representing the team as a subject matter expert in SailPoint IdentityIQ integration.\
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with application owners and stakeholders to ensure successful integrations.\
  • Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes to optimize integration efficiency.\
  • Participating in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and best practices in identity and access management.\
  • Staying up-to-date with SailPoint IdentityIQ updates, releases, and new features to enhance integration capabilities.\
  • Suggesting innovative solutions to improve integration workflows and streamline processes.\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to ensure transparency and accountability.\
  • Engaging with the community to share knowledge and best practices in SailPoint IdentityIQ integration.\
  • Supporting training and development programs for junior engineers to ensure they possess the necessary skills for success.\
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.\
  • Establishing clear expectations and deliverables with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.\
  • Communicating effectively with the team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless integration execution.\
  • Working closely with the product team to understand emerging technologies and trends, and suggesting their adoption in our integration workflows.\
  • Promoting a culture of excellence and striving for perfection in all aspects of integration work.\
  • Providing input on tooling, infrastructure, and process improvements to increase integration efficiency.\
  • Implementing robust testing methodologies to ensure integration reliability and stability.\
  • Suggesting strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand our integration capabilities and offerings.\
  • Actively participating in research and development activities to stay ahead of industry trends.\
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, configuration options, and extensibility.\
  • Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including application owners, clients, and internal teams.\
  • Documenting lessons learned and best practices in SailPoint IdentityIQ integration to benefit the team and organization.\
  • Managing and escalating integration-related issues in a timely and effective manner.\
  • Encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.\
  • Contributing to the development of our integration strategy, aligning with business objectives and goals.\
  • Delivering exceptional results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations in all integration projects.\
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing and skill development among team members to ensure consistency and proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ integration.\\
