Process Engineer (Mechanical) Role

Knovea Pharmaceutical is seeking a skilled professional to lead our Process Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve equipment design qualification documents, including specifications, designs, drawings, and certificates.
  • Perform factory acceptance testing for process equipment if required.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.
  • Assist with qualification tasks, including inspection, observation, and approval of equipment.
  • Identify process and utilities equipment, prepare maintenance schedules, and coordinate third-party calibrations.
  • Review calibration certificates and approve as necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors and initiate spares requests, quality management system elements like change control, deviations, etc.
  • Attend equipment maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and breakdowns.
  • Develop and approve standard operating procedures.
