Job Title: Senior Manager of Change Management

\

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Change Management function. This includes ensuring effective management of all related activities and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) with expertise in change management processes and an understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operational Management: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Change Management team to ensure efficient processing of change requests.\
  • Audit and Compliance: Manage audit findings related to the Change Management function, ensuring timely and effective resolution.\
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the Change Management team, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.\
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement using metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.\
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ITSM and DevOps, and apply this knowledge to improve the function.\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.\
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to reach conclusions and present insights is critical.\\

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.\
  • 12 years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 5 years in a change management role.\
  • Proven experience in managing audit findings.\
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly in financial services.\
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies and their impact on change management.\
  • Preferred certifications include ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate and DevOps Foundation or equivalent.\\
