Telecalling Professional

We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to provide accurate information about hospital services and doctors' availability.
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems for smooth patient experience.
• Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Undergraduate with excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with care are required.
