Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

This role will be the SAP Functional Expert and reports into a Manager order Processing within the Information Technology Group.

The BRIM Lead will collaborate with Product Offering and Order Management teams to build end-to-end planning, design, implementation, and deployment of the S4 Ordering processes to meet business needs.

In addition, this position will drive the adoption of SAP S4 Hana and BRIM from the standard SAP ECC.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Point of Contact for SAP Subscription stakeholder-level needs and participate in client leadership teams.
  • Train new users on SAP BRIM/S4 and ensure proper knowledge transfer.
  • Partner with business groups to set strategic direction and develop/improve processes and procedures.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize current and planned functional needs and identify resource requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of data quality, processes, and standards.
  • Drive integrated technical and functional solution decision making across applications and modules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Working Knowledge of SAP BRIM SOM, Convergent Invoicing, and Convergent Charging is required.
  • Understanding of SAP Entitlement Management, SAP Mediation, FICA & RAR is a plus.
  • 4+ years managing SAP BRIM activities, 10+ years IT-related experience in application development and delivery for medium/large scale organizations.
  • End-to-end process knowledge in Customer 2 Cash domain.
  • Experience working with Agile delivery methodology, collaborating effectively across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership communication and executive presence, understanding of key information technology solutions and practices.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate new technology into business value.
  • Creation of result-oriented Management Operating System.
  • Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems.
  • Creative and collaborative problem-solving capability.
  • Conveys specific, observable, and measurable expectations for each assignment.
  • Experience with SAP Signavio and process mining tools to benchmark process benchmarking is a plus.
