Key Account Manager Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to lead our business expansion in both the US and Indian markets.
This role involves managing a portfolio of key accounts, taking ownership of their profitability and growth, and building strong relationships with senior executives at client organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing account plans that drive revenue growth and market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-12 years of progressive experience in B2B account management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large, high-value accounts. They will also possess leadership skills, including experience at a Director-level or similar leadership role, with a minimum of 2 years in managing and leading a team.
In addition, the candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the business landscape and client expectations in both the US and Indian markets, as well as exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic, business-oriented mindset are also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the US and Indian markets
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and market presence
- Build strong relationships with senior executives at client organizations
- Take ownership of account profitability and growth
- Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve sales, retention, and satisfaction goals
