Job Title: Business Solutions Consultant

As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting client requirements.

  • Elicit and analyze complex business needs to create comprehensive requirements documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using intermediate-level programming skills.

About You

  • Business Solutions Consultant with 6+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, preferably in agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to document requirements for complex projects.
  • Experience with Oracle is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison among business stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
  • Collect and analyze data to document requirements and translate into detailed technology needs.
  • Implement changes into software using programming skills and provide support to customers.
  • Author and communicate requirements documentation.

Requirements:

  • Agile methodology and scrum experience.
  • Strong proprietary knowledge base or multiple years of experience in requirements analysis.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and specify them to a sufficient level of detail.
