Job Title

Web Application Developer

This position involves designing, developing and testing web applications using the MERN stack. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with our team to create scalable and maintainable web applications that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Designing, implementing, testing and deploying web applications while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Creating a scalable software solution as part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle.
  • Making architecture decisions that contribute to maintainable systems.
  • Building pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
  • Writing efficient, stable, testable, secure and reusable modules.
  • Performing all aspects of web development tasks, including front-end, back-end and database development.
  • Following industry best practices such as effective source control, code reviews, daily builds and automated deployments within an agile culture.
  • Configuring, updating and maintaining servers.
  • Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the back-end of existing development.
  • Integrating or developing third-party APIs.
Requirements

  • The ability to solve complex performance problems and technical architectural challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in programming, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within and across global teams.
  • Self-motivation, detail-orientation and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Experience building, testing and setting up cutting-edge website applications.
  • The ability to correct problems identified by customer feedback.
  • Experience working in agile/scrum-based projects.
  • A willingness to work in a team of developers and engineers.
Education

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Any Specialization (Graduate).
  • MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc (Computer Science) in Any Specialization (Postgraduate).
