About This Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in bioinformatics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical projects, a PhD in Bioinformatics or Biotechnology, and hands-on experience working with multi-omics data types (single-cell, proteomics, metabolomics). They should be familiar with electronic health records (EHR) and have a deep understanding of biology and computational methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation of compelling scientific presentations and development of scalable solutions based on biological problem statements and multi-omics data.
  • Analysis of multi-omics (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, etc.) biological data using state-of-the-art statistical methods to derive relevant insights.
  • Development and optimization of tools, pipelines, and algorithms for the analysis and visualization of multi-omics biological data.
  • Contribution to the ideation and deployment of knowledge graphs and structured data models, ensuring datasets are AI/ML-ready for downstream applications.
  • Collaboration with a diverse team of ML specialists, data scientists, and bioinformatics engineers to translate customer requirements into innovative solutions.
  • Foster collaboration between technical owners and solution managers to drive business outcomes.
