• Develop, deploy, and execute functional strategies to drive business growth and improvement
• Support STRAP, mid-term, and short-term planning processes, including data analysis, reporting, and process optimization

• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and models to support business decision-making

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in business planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze large datasets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
