Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Equity Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individual (HNI) clients, focusing on equity-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and strengthen existing client relationships while developing new ones through strategic relationship-building initiatives.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies that cater to the needs of both new and existing HNI clients.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of equities markets and derivatives products to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Foster exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-12 years of experience in the broking industry, with a similar function.
  • Strong proficiency in equity and derivatives products, with a deep understanding of equities markets.
  • Certification in Equity and Derivative Segment is mandatory for this role.
  • A bachelor's degree or MBA is required.
