**Automation Developer Role**

Job Overview

Our team is seeking an Automation Developer to join our operations stack. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for improving automation workflows and making a significant impact on our facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline tenant onboarding, dues generation, and UPI/WhatsApp reminders.
  • Build lightweight web applications with photo uploads and quick actions, as well as owner dashboards with occupancy percentages, receivables, alerts, and exports.
Day-to-Day Work
  • Ship small features weekly and demonstrate progress regularly.
  • Write clean code with accompanying READMEs and basic tests.
  • Automate repetitive operations with scripts and measure the impact of shipped features.
Requirements
  • Self-disciplined, reliable, and comfortable working in an async-first environment.
  • Proficient in Git and command line tools.
  • Prompt engineering skills, including structuring prompts and tool use.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud services, such as Cloud Run, IAM, Firebase, and Cloud Build/Storage.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, as well as REST/webhooks concepts.
