Machine Learning Engineer

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy machine learning models that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to derive insights and build predictive solutions, collaborating with teams to integrate AI into business workflows, and building dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include contributing to projects involving language models, staying updated on industry trends, and sharing knowledge within the team.

  • Technical Requirements:
  • Advanced Python proficiency, experience with core data science stack (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), and hands-on experience with at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
  • Core Data Science & Statistics: Strong foundation in statistical inference, time series analysis, and experimental design.
  • Machine Learning: Hands-on experience building and deploying models for regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting.
  • Deep Learning: Practical experience with neural networks beyond tutorials - custom architectures, loss functions, and optimization strategies for specific business problems.
  • Programming & Engineering
  • Production Code: Experience writing maintainable, tested code. Understanding of version control, code reviews, and collaborative development practices.
  • Performance Optimization: Experience with profiling, vectorization, and handling datasets that don't fit in memory.

  • LLM Experience
  • Prompt Engineering: Systematic approach to prompt design, few-shot learning, and prompt optimization for specific tasks.
  • Fine-tuning & Customization: Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA) or custom training for domain-specific applications.
