Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven business development executive to join our team in driving sales growth for health insurance products. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of health professionals, managing recruitment processes, and developing sales strategies to achieve overall targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of health agents and wellness officers in achieving sales targets and expanding the team
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Arrange product training programs and awareness sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Execute sales promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
Desired Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance sector with experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven background in leadership and management with excellent communication and presentation skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with a strong foundation in business and sales
