As a Visual Communications Professional, your key responsibilities will be to conceptualize and create visual assets that span across multiple digital and print media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will conceptualize and create various visual assets for use in different digital and print formats.
  • In collaboration with strategy, marketing, and technology teams, you will ensure design elements align with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across diverse platforms for multiple clients.
  • Bring innovative perspectives and fresh ideas while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
  • Create production-ready files for both digital and print outputs.
  • Stay updated on design, marketing, and cultural trends to keep work relevant and engaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
  • Basic knowledge of digital formats and print production.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is advantageous.
