Social Media Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee our online presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, schedule, and manage high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Boost posts and run targeted ads using Meta Ad Manager & Meta Ad Booster
  • Set up and optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI
  • Track and analyze KPIs (Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and report weekly/monthly
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow followers and enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with graphic designers or utilize tools for post creation
  • Engage with followers and respond to queries and comments promptly
  • Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ad Manager & Meta Post Boosting
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva/Photoshop
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
