What you'll be doing:

Designing Digital Products: You will be responsible for creating digital products that meet the needs of our learners. This includes everything from concept development to final delivery.

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: As a Product Designer, you will work closely with our product management, engineering, and research teams to ensure that our products are meeting the needs of our learners.

Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You will stay current with the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our products.

Evaluating Design Solutions: You will evaluate the effectiveness of your design solutions, making adjustments as needed to ensure they meet our high standards.

Delivering Results: You will be accountable for delivering high-quality designs that meet our deadlines and exceed our expectations.

Maintaining a Positive Team Environment: As a member of our team, you will contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Design, preferably in an education technology company.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
