Retail Sales Officer

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Retail Sales Officer, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and offering assistance as needed.
  • Display jewelry and other available products in an attractive and inviting manner.
  • Encourage customers to purchase jewelry and other products by highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Discuss store services and products, educating customers on what we offer.
  • Provide customers with necessary information about products, including pricing and specifications.
  • Demonstrate product use and operation to customers.
  • Advise customers on suitable jewelry choices within their budget and provide information on different cuts, quality, design language, and specifications.
  • Assist with wrapping and bagging of purchased items.
  • Acquire customer details and create customer codes.
  • Provide cashier with pricing data and product weights.
  • Facilitate smooth payment process for customers.
  • Update sales records in software system and maintain sales records.
  • Take responsibility for assigned counter and report to Store Manager for day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in any stream.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Understanding of sales principles.
  • Relevant product knowledge.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or sales environment.
