About the Position:

  • Analyzing and Deriving Requirements for Basic Software based on Customer Specifications, considering Electronics, Electrical, Automotive, Computer Science, or Controls Engineering Principles.
  • Implementing, Configuring, and Testing Basic Software according to Requirements, ensuring Compatibility with Various Microcontrollers such as Infineon, Renesas, or NXP.
  • Interfacing directly with External Customers and Counterpart Teams to clarify Requirements, resolve Issues, and ensure Alignment throughout the Development Lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams, including Software Developers, Architects, and Testers, to integrate AUTOSAR Basic Software Components.
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting Complex Integration Issues and identifying Root Causes, applying Analytical and Conceptional Skills.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Electronics/Electrical/Automotive/Computer Science/Controls Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Proficiency in Configuring, Integrating, and Testing AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) modules along with RTE across automotive ECUs.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Complex Device Drivers (CDD) and performing MCAL configuration for various microcontrollers.
  • Hands-on experience in integration and testing of AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) with application layer components.
  • Domain knowledge in e-mobility systems such as Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Inverters is an added advantage.
  • Experience in safety-critical software development aligned with ISO 26262 functional safety standards is an added advantage.

  • Profound analytical and conceptions skills.
  • Ability for travel to Project locations.
