About the Role

This position plays a vital role in harnessing the power of data to drive informed decisions. As a key contributor to our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable ETL pipelines using Python.

  • Develop and maintain robust ETL workflows to support seamless data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.
  • Create and manage A/B testing frameworks to track key metrics and analyze experiment results.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports using SQL and data visualization tools to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Evaluate data integrity and quality through regular audits, validations, and monitoring.

Achieving Success:

  • Partnership with commercial teams to analyze performance data and support customer-facing initiatives.
  • Data analysis and curation to improve AI models.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in building ETL workflows and data processing scripts.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and database modeling.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and ability to analyze experiment results.
