Responsibilities

 

Client Relationship Management:
  • Main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and providing timely accurate information
  • Regularly assess client needs and financial goals, offering appropriate products services and solutions
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services to existing clients to increase revenue and deepen client relationships
Financial Advisory:
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to clients based on their risk tolerance investment objectives and financial situation
  • Create personalized financial plans and investment strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product development marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client experience and align business strategies

 

Key Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance business administration economics or a related field
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role such as sales customer service or relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial products investment options and market dynamics
