Job Description

In this critical role, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of commercial banking to drive transformation and support solution design for commercial banking engagements.

You will collaborate with delivery and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment in solution implementation and ongoing service delivery.

Additionally, you will translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for Business Process Services (BPS) function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements across client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
  • Develop deep understanding of banking delivery functions, including mature systems, platforms, geographical requirements, and client support systems.
  • Own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, such as process reengineering, automation, and workflow orchestration, in client banking operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain, with exposure to one or more areas like corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, and client onboarding from operations standpoint.
  • Previous experience in consulting, transformation, or solution architect role within an BPS function is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment.
  • Good understanding of digital banking trends, banking platforms, automation, analytics, and FinTech collaboration models.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations, capability decks, and process views.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor with Master's degree in management, or related field.
