Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mines Officer/Sr.Officer to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a First Class Mining Certificate and be fluent in Telugu and Hindi languages.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mining Compliance: Prepare quarterly and annual returns as per Vocational Training Rules, 1966.
  • Candidate Management: Prepare candidate lists for initial and refresher training, and provide practical training.
  • Training Scheduling: Align training schedules with production plans to ensure 100% training compliance without affecting production.
  • Module Development: Develop modules as per MVTR-1966.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training and submit reports to the relevant authorities.
  • Safety Standards: Ensure 100% compliance with all safety standards and applicable recommendations.
  • Active Participation: Participate in safety training, safety sub-committees, standard champions meetings, and other safety events.
  • Reporting: Prepare MIS reports and update QCDIP and LCM.
  • System Familiarization: Familiarize yourself with IMS and other systems requirements and documents for non-conformity during internal and external audits or assessments.

This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
