We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving effective sourcing strategies within defined parameters.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in talent pool development, negotiation, and stakeholder management. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely closure of requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment by leveraging diverse source channels and analytics-driven insights.
- Develop and manage alternate sourcing channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage all recruitment-related compliances, including background verification and audit responses.
- Work on specific project requirements, ensuring completion within given timelines.
- Regularly analyze recruitment dashboards and analytics to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
Negotiation skills - Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
Communication skills - Written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Stakeholder management - Business acumen and strong interpersonal communication skills.
