Parle Agro Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of beverages. We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer - Operations to lead our production team.

Job Description
As an Executive Producer - Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process. This includes strategizing with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and running quality assessments to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement production plans that align with business objectives
2. Ensure timely and efficient production processes
3. Plan and manage resources to optimize costs and productivity
4. Schedule equipment maintenance to prevent downtime
5. Optimize equipment performance to minimize breakdowns and improve mechanical efficiency
6. Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards
7. Monitor and report on production metrics to identify areas for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in PET lines or similar machinery
Strong organizational and leadership skills
