**Senior Lead Engineer Role Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Lead Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions.

**Job Responsibilities:**
  • Define and build Celestica BIOS common feature/module and develop Celestica feature specification & implement guide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop BIOS, investigate and fix issues for Celestica production and implement all BIOS features on time.
  • Work closely with vendors to drive product/technology advancements that meet Celestica's requirements.
  • Develop customized features that cater to customer needs and provide excellent service to customers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • 6-10 years of experience with BIOS/UEFI Firmware development.
  • In-depth knowledge of x86 architecture (AMD and Intel) and industry standards (PCIe, ACPI, JEDEC, USB, ATA, NVMe, IPMI, Redfish, etc.).
  • Experience with BIOS/UEFI firmware framework/code structure, IBV BIOS code (AMI/Insyde/Phoenix project code), and RAS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Coreboot/Linuxboot/Bootloader and SW revision control system (Git/SVN).
  • Excellent debug and troubleshooting skills.
  • Multicultural working experience desirable.
  • Good communication skills.
