Oracle SOA and HRMS Integration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Oracle SOA & HRMS Technical Consultant to support integration and technical development needs in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST) to enhance the overall performance of our applications.
  • Deliver high-quality synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk (batch posting) integrations using JSON/XML-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Create and customize RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts to improve system efficiency.
  • Work on Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits) to provide comprehensive human capital management solutions.
  • Design and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP) to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity by identifying and mapping configurational data, navigation screens, and backend tables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently with minimal support to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus to drive business success.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL to improve system functionality.
  • Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP) to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  • Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation to provide comprehensive human capital management solutions.
  • Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup to achieve common goals.
