As a UI/UX designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our employee app, coach platform, and employer dashboard. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive interfaces, translating our vision into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, and working closely with the founder and early team to iterate fast.

This is a unique opportunity to learn fast and grow with a close-knit team. You will have the chance to influence the product roadmap and help shape our identity.
