As a Process Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and effective management of client account data. Accurate account data is critical for ensuring a good client experience throughout the trade lifecycle.
You will be involved in end-to-end oversight and execution of operational workflows across supported regions. This includes accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all daily workflows across supported regions and verify if all requests are completed on time and accurately.
- Regularly check the Email box and ensure that requests are completed according to SLA/prioritization of urgent requests. You should also ensure proper handover between shifts with business justification for non-urgent requests.
- Negotiate ETA as per standard SLA for all bulk projects and ensure that they are completed by the team without any SLA breach.
- Validate changes in Nostro SSI details via Callback
- Validate Vostro SSI details and update the same in downstream systems
- Validate confirmation instructions to internal systems
- Demonstrate a quick and responsive approach to escalations and follow hierarchy while keeping Line manager and relevant management informed in all email communication
- Verify SSI instructions against callback form and ensure all fields are populated correctly as per standard protocol and archived in shared drive for future reference
- Maintain cordial relationships with business stakeholders and engage them at regular intervals to understand business needs and deliver accordingly. Attend all business-related calls and see through meeting end-to-end business requirement and participate in change-related calls
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Possess 3–5 years of experience in financial services industry, with strong focus on Markets product lifecycles. Prior exposure to quality assurance processes is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial operations, with comprehensive understanding of end-to-end workflows
- Deep knowledge of Markets products and their full lifecycle, from onboarding to maturity
- Strong grasp of Risk & Control principles and Quality Frameworks. Accountable for delivering outcomes in complex, regulated, and audit-sensitive operational domain
- Highly collaborative and self-driven professional with commitment to team success. Brings solution-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and proactive approach to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and quality adherence. Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates long-term commitment and reliability
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent computer literacy
