Data Science Professional

Infosys Consulting, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking highly skilled Data Scientists. Successful candidates will have between 2 to 10 years of experience in the field and possess strong analytical skills.

Candidates will be part of a specialized customer-facing AI Labs team, working closely with AI Consultants and SMEs to define and deliver best-in-class solutions. They will work on high-impact initiatives, collaborating with other teams to understand business requirements, client infrastructure, platforms, and overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop world-class technology solutions to solve complex business problems across multiple client engagements.
  • Take the lead on data pipeline design, leveraging strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with Fortune 500 clients to build world-class solutions and define AI strategy.
  • Possess strong logical structuring and problem-solving skills, with an expert-level understanding of databases and a desire to turn data into actions.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of Statistics, including hypothesis formulation, hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis, and data exploration.
  • Expert-level experience in machine learning algorithms, such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Random Forest, SVM, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning.
  • Familiarity with NLP and Computer Vision use cases, as well as exposure to Graph-based databases.
