Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Cloud Solution Strategist to drive customer success and accelerate their adoption of Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Azure Open AI solutions, technical guidance, and delivery expertise.

About the Role:

  • Leverage your technical expertise to provide consultation services to clients, helping them navigate complex cloud infrastructure and ML tooling landscapes.
  • Develop and implement tailored compute plans that optimize resource allocation and utilization.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their use-cases, technical requirements, and future goals.
  • Provide strategic advice on cost optimization, optimal use of infrastructure, and fine-tuning or inferencing on ML platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure and Open AI technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in Azure cloud computing and 5+ years in Open AI technology.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful Azure Open AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, and Java.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AI-102 certification).

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of Azure AI infrastructure, platform, and services on L300-400.
  • Experience handling ML specific requests and/or solution builds for startups.
  • Ability to understand and dive into ML pipeline, ML Ops, and data ingestion as it relates to Azure ML.
  • Ability to gear up on applied AI services like Azure OpenAI Service on L400 and consult with startups about fine-tuning, simple prompt engineering, etc.
