Overview

As a Digital Sales Representative at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in driving growth and achieving business goals for our customers. You will leverage our world-class connected sales and marketing platform to reach customers when and where they want to engage digitally, helping them solve their business problems.

Working closely with our global teams, you will acquire and retain new business for Microsoft, driving the day-to-day execution of our strategic business priorities. You will be responsible for selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers, building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft.

Responsibilities

Customer First Mindset – Engage with and enable our customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience and driving customer satisfaction through digital sales excellence.

Sales Execution – This is an end-to-end quota-carrying accountability role with cloud revenue targets across identified territories in the Small, Medium & Corporate Managed segment. You will lead in the AI era, engaging in industry-aligned customer conversations, collaborating with account and partner teams to build pipeline and qualify new opportunities.

Demand Generation – Effectively turn prospects and qualified digital signals into opportunities and revenue pipeline, engaging with customers across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with Microsoft's leading cloud technologies.

Collaboration – Work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and evolving collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with field specialists, technical resources, and partner teams to effectively manage customer opportunities, deliver connected customer experiences, achieve customer outcomes with Microsoft's leading cloud technologies, and accelerate value across the customer lifecycle.

Technical Expertise – Leverage and share competitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert (SME) to inform decisions on pursuit or withdrawal. Lead conversations and set up events within Microsoft, mentor others, and develop strategies for best practice sharing.

Delivers Results Through Teamwork – Drive the execution of projects, partner and collaborate with other teams on related deliverables, and leverage others in relevant work streams. Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with key business partners to elevate team capabilities and drive change based on insights.
