We are looking for an Academic Outreach Coordinator to join our team at upGrad. As a Senior Admission Counsellor, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging with potential learners, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring seamless communication between learners and Admission Counsellors.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and engage with potential learners who meet our program eligibility criteria

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine learner interests, needs, and goals

• Develop personalized plans to guide learners through the enrollment process

• Collaborate with Admission Counsellors to schedule Video Counselling sessions and facilitate communication between learners and counsellors

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of learner interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system

**Requirements**

• 2+ years of experience in Edtech-sales, with a strong background in Study Abroad or similar programs

• Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with learners from diverse backgrounds

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM management software
