Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Test Engineer to join our team in the development of restaurant and retail systems. In this role, you will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers to ensure high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases to identify defects early in the development cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Identify and report defects, providing clear descriptions and reproducible steps to facilitate prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of automation frameworks and scripts to improve test efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software testing and experience working with Agile methodologies. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in restaurant and retail systems.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink.
  • Familiarity with automation testing frameworks like Selenium-Java.
  • Strong understanding of API testing principles and experience with Postman or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
