Product Designer Opportunity

The role of Product Designer involves leading the design of toys and supporting materials from concept to production.

Responsibilities include creating safe, engaging, developmentally aligned products that inspire children and delight parents.

  • Develop cohesive toy aesthetics (materials, finishes, colors) and support creation of a strong brand identity.
  • Design language & branding: produce guidelines to ensure design consistency.
  • Parent materials & packaging: design play guides, create engaging graphics for toy packaging, and support design of kit storage solutions.
  • Collaboration: work closely with child-development experts, iterate designs based on user testing and safety standards, and maintain design documentation for production and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Product/Industrial Design (preferred).
  • Strong CAD and prototyping skills.
  • Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership.
  • Experience with children's products/toys/consumer goods preferred.
  • Creative thinker who balances aesthetics, functionality, and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on tight timelines.
