Sustainability and Environmental Leadership

We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability and Environmental Leadership professional to join our team at AccorHotel.

• Develop and implement environmental strategies and action plans to ensure our sustainability ambition is met.
• Lead energy efficiency improvements, green energy sourcing, and sustainable food and beverage practices.
• Reduce plastic pollution, promote diversity and inclusion, and support local communities and charities.
• Coordinate operational aspects to optimize sustainability performance, including pollution control, waste management, and energy consumption.
• Train staff on environmental issues and good practices.
• Collaborate with local authorities, public bodies, and NGOs to advance our sustainable development goals.
• Report on environmental performance to internal and external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement environmental management systems to continuously improve our impact on the environment.
• Raise awareness of sustainable practices among guests and promote our sustainability performance locally and within the Accor group.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing and implementing a CSR strategy in a similar role and organization.
• Strong interest in environmental issues and sustainable projects.
• Strong interest in luxury hospitality.
• Passion for sharing knowledge with customers.
• Solid general knowledge in luxury.
• Attention to detail.

Working Conditions

No remote work.
