Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee and organizational data in Workday.

Your key accountabilities will include investigating and resolving complex issues involving multiple systems and stakeholders, working collaboratively with other Regional Development Centres (RDCs) and wider Services Solutions teams, and contributing to client relationships and ways of working.

You will also be responsible for maintaining data integrity processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and supporting acceptance testing for technology changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4-6+ years of meaningful experience in HR Shared services, preferably with experience in the Workday system.
  • Prior experience in organization and employee data management roles, proficient knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office, and intermediate/advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to apply a continuous improvement approach, seeking simple, best-fit solutions to challenges.
